The
Trillium Lakefront Partners III Fund (TLP
III) seeks to make early stage, growth,
and buyout/recapitalization minority equity
investments in businesses that are either
based in New York State or who maintain
a significant presence within the state.
Recapitalizations include providing partial
or full liquidity to owners of privately
held companies.
Investments
range from $2 - $6 million. Through our
extensive relationships with other private
equity investors, we can arrange syndicates
resulting in significantly more equity capital.
TLP III operates as either a lead or co-investor.
In
partnership with management teams, TLP III
seeks to create equity value through superior
strategic and operating performance - using
our experience in operations, strategy consulting,
private equity, and capital markets to enhance
the value of the enterprise.
