Through previous employers, Fleet Bank and Bear, Stearns,
Chris' corporate finance experience extends
across all forms of financing (venture,
leveraged, mezzanine, IPOs), transactions
(M&A, restructuring), and involves multiple
industry groups.
Chris served as the CEO
of VirtualScopics
(Nasdaq:VSCP) which is a leader in image-based
technology for use in drug discovery and
development. Chris joined Trillium in 2000.
Chris received his B.S.
in finance from Ithaca College, and his
M.B.A. from the Simon School at the University
of Rochester. He is a member of the board
of directors of Northern Safety Company,
ViaHealth, Auction Direct USA, Accu-Dyne, Inc., 5LINX Enterprises, Inc. and AccuMED Technologies.
