to founding Grove Street Advisors in 1998,
Mr. Harris was a founder and managing director
of Advent International. During his 14 years
with the firm, Advent grew to become one
of the world's largest and most successful
private equity firms operating both in the
U.S. and internationally. Prior to Advent,
Mr. Harris spent seven years as a management
consultant and partner with Bain & Company.
Mr. Harris holds undergraduate
A.B. and engineering degrees from Dartmouth
College and an M.B.A. from Harvard University,
where he was a Baker Scholar.
