Michael
was previously an investment banking analyst
with Lehman Brothers, within its Global
Industrials Group. While at Lehman Brothers,
Michael worked on a wide array of transactions
including mergers and acquisitions, investment
grade and high yield debt offerings, public
equity offerings, private placements, leveraged
buyouts, and bankruptcy restructurings.
Prior to that, Michael worked at Concert
Capital Partners, a private equity firm
investing in growth companies. Michael earned
a B.S. in economics from the University
of Delaware.
